The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a nice area, right by shops, eateries and other facilities, also a burger stall across the street, and supermarket. The room was large and soundproof for twin single bed when upgraded:)))

The hotel staff were efficient, well-mannered, and provided fast responses. Special thanks to Mr. Sajen, Welmom, Mr. Remon, and the housekeeping staff. The location is convenient and there is a kopitiam beside the hotel for breakfast. The service provided by staff was satisfactory. The price of the hotel is reasonable and the rooms are comfortable. An extra plug was provided when requested, and the lift even smelled good.

A memorable business trip! The facilities offered by this hotel were simply outstanding. the room was reasonably priced, and I was surprised at how inexpensive the rate was. the staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. They provided me with all the required information, and their guidance helped me to explore the city without any difficulty. The location of the hotel was also a plus point, as everything I needed was within walking distance. Lastly, I loved the ambiance of the hotel, it was quite relaxing and perfect for a business trip.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay as well. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and this made it difficult for me to take a proper shower.

During my weekend stay, I appreciated the free breakfast and the Wi-Fi, which were a nice touch. the hotel is situated in a convenient location, within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.
